He has had multiple successful exits (both acquisitions and IPO), and led 19 new product introductions, many from concept to regulatory approval (FDA, CE and Canada) to market launch. Bill has multi-discipline market experience in vascular, neuro/stroke, surgery, robotics, women’s health, nanotech, audiology, telemedicine, urology / incontinence, and multi-specialty medical laser.

Lou Fuqua has more than 25 years of experience in medical device development and manufacturing for start-ups, and a track record of success with dozens of new product introductions in markets such as orthopedic implants, single use sterile surgical devices and products, electronic diagnostic and capital equipment, and consumer products. His extensive experience and success comes from a unique blend of technical, regulatory/quality, and business acumen that translates into successful product development programs and efficient manufacturing operations.

With a foundation in both B2B and B2C environments and broad experience in the medical/technology space, Barbara Cromarty brings over 20 years of experience building brands, commercializing products, and accelerating sales. She has served as a core team member for private equity, venture backed, and public organizations, has launched over 15 products, and has contributed to multiple IPOs and acquisitions.  

Bob Katz is a successful start-up executive with experience bringing a variety of medical devices and technologies to market. Having started his career at Cordis in engineering and research capacities, he brings decades of experience in product design, development and clinical evaluation. He is also skilled in general corporate management, intellectual property development and fundraising. Bob has been instrumental in facilitating multiple successful exits, including IPOs and acquisitions. He is a listed inventor on over a two dozen patents and applications and is co-author on numerous clinical papers and presentations.
